Summary of the project :
By analyzing the DNA sequences of AML cells from 50 patients with bioinformatics software, we will:
- List the genetic mutations acquired during leukemogenesis.
- Infer the genetic evolution of the leukemic cell population using statistical inference methods.
- Search for a mutational signature of leukemic cells that may reflect genetic or environmental predispositions.
- Search for germline mutations predisposing to AML
